What is it?

• ProID is a solution that streamlines the issuance of professional and functional identities, ensuring more security and credibility in the process of identifying professionals and public servants.
• The solution also offers more convenience and cost-effectiveness to professionals, who now have a reliable and modern digital identification, with the same legal validity as a traditional paper document.

How does it work?

• ProID uses the same technology as the Digital National Driver's License and the National Identity Document (DNI) to guarantee the reliability and security of the documents generated in the application.
• By using their private key, the issuer (Council or Public Entity) enters the data from the physical document, and ProID encrypts and stores this information in a QR Code, which is embedded in the digital document.
• The authenticity of the digital document can be verified using the Vio app, which decodes the QR Code and displays the original data of the document provided by the Council or Public Entity at the time of issuance.
